The proposed three-story building incorporates a masonry brick exterior with large windows for maximum natural light within the tenant space. Energy efficiency is paramount in the design and materials of the building. Insulated glass strip windows, programmable thermal control heating and air conditioning systems, and high efficiency parabolic lens lighting fixtures are used to meet the needs and comfort of the tenants.
